Office Premises

The purpose of the Palaces and Properties Agency’s office property activities is to provide the state with future-oriented office premises.

On behalf of the state, the Agency owns a portfolio of around 180 office properties and premises covering a total of approx. 1,000,000 m² that we rent out to ministries and agencies in Greater Copenhagen and to a number of state institutions throughout the country. We also rent premises in around 150 private properties, covering approx. 400,000 m², that we sublet to state institutions.
