The Palace and Properties Agency has developed a scorecard strategy specifying the strategic areas of focus for both the office property enterprise and the cultural enterprise.
The scorecard strategy arises out of the work with the Balanced Scorecard, a strategy implementing tool, which helps ensure coherence from mission, vision and strategies to the actual task performance and follow-up of this. The Palace and Properties Agency has been working with the Balanced Scorecard model since 2002.
