Stærekassen

TeatersalenNowadays Stærekassen (the Starling Case) provides a colourful and unique setting for all sorts of events. The building enjoys a central location on Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen and can accommodate around 450 people. In the past Stærekassen has been home to both Statsradiofonien (the State Broadcasting Service) and the Royal Theatre, but now the keys have been handed over to the Agency for Palaces & Cultural Properties, which hires this striking venue out for conferences, receptions, and cultural events, etc.
